Your practice, at your own address.
nogn.app maps a workspace name to the server that runs it, hands you over, and keeps nothing else. Your records stay on your machine.

Join an organization
Your practice has an address like peakbrain.nogn.app. Open the one they gave you and sign in there. Nothing to set up, and nothing to sign up for here.
Start an organization
Pick a name, and it is yours: yourpractice.nogn.app. We run the address. You run the practice.
Connect your own hub
You already have a server, or you want one nobody else can reach. Register the name here, then check your own machine in with a one time token. The records never leave it.
Already with a practice
Enter the address they know you by and the link lands on their own server.
How the handoff works
A workspace called peakbrain answers at peakbrain.nogn.app. On your network that name resolves straight to your server. Off your network it lands here, and the registry sends you on to the right place, or tells you plainly how to reach it.
The only thing that crosses is the workspace name. No credential is issued here and none is seen here.
Ask for more
Leave an address and we will answer it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is kept.
