A workspace is a name, an address, and a server you control. The registry keeps the first two. Everything else lives on your machine.

Used only to sign in and manage this workspace record. Exactly as you type it: aliases with dots or a plus sign are kept as written.

The registry stores your practice name, your address, and one admin email. It never stores client records, notes, or recordings, and it has nowhere to put them.
